Susan Nielsen, President of Leaderscapes, partners with organizations to help them behave their way to excellence. Using individual coaching and group facilitation, Susan helps her clients bridge the gap between current and desired personal and professional success.
Susan brings 10+ years experience in organ-izational & leadership development, human relations, recruiting, training and change management gained as an internal consultant
and human resources professional, with

specific experience leading & supportingprocess improvement (cycle time & variation reduction) initiatives. She has work experience in manufacturing, retail and professional services industries.
Susan holds a Master’s degree in Training & Human Resource Development from the University of Wisconsin – Stout, and Bachelor’s degrees in English and Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin – River Falls. Susan is a Qualified Administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Instrument, a certified professional with the Total Quality Institute and an active affiliate of Resource Associates Corporation in Reading, PA. Susan received her coach training through the Resource Associates Coaching Academy (RACA) and the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and is a graduate of CTI’s Leadership program.
